Presented is the 2013 and 2014 Academic [NON]-Achievement of Socioeconomically Disadvantaged Students. They cover grades 3rd through 12th. It is a sad narrative. Between 50% to 75% of student in this group are not proficient in one or more academic areas. Between 2013 to 2014 the situation has worsen. The situation is dire and needs immediate attention.
