Please request your spouse on behalf of AFA(AP Branch) to kindly treat this as a personal invitation from President AFWWA(L) and President AP Branch of Air Force Association. The individual invitations will be arranged to reach you shortly. THe names are to be given to AFWWA(L) for seating arrangement. The transport arrangement has been made as under: Date : 30 Oct 2013 Pick up time : 0915 Pick up point: VAYUPURI Shopping Complex on after milk booth. A small stool as a step for climbing assistance will be available. I will be present at the time of boarding. The group will be conducted from the time of boarding the coach.
