President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, Secretary of State John Kerry, Generals Joseph F. Dunford, Philip M. Breedlove & Lloyd James Austin III & Ambassador James B. Cunningham, This was Thomas Lee & Thomas Lee from Singapore Facebooking. Regarding the future of Afghanistan, currently Kabul, including the Afghan parliament & religious council, had begun to vote on the bilateral security agreement, which was part of The U.S.-Afghanistan Strategic Framework Agreement, which had been implemented & signed in approval by both President Barack Obama & President Hamid Karzai, last year, & I would help you all to make the most difficult decision on social media, including Facebook, as was of Korea & The Korean Peninsula & South Korea & The Republic of Korea although the situations in both countries were somewhat similar but entirely different & difficult, Korea was still struggling with its division for more than 65 years & with communism still bogging in the North since its founding after South Korea & The Republic of Korea had decided to participate in the peninsula wide elections & its 1st President had won the election & formed his administration & Afghanistan was still united but still bogged by civil war following the overthrow & revolution of the last king of Afghanistan during Richard Nixons administration in 1973 when your country was also bogged by the effects of the Vietnam War when it had partially withdrew from the country & suspended & stopped its active military operations in the country but leaving everything else to the former South Vietnamese till the collapse of Saigon 2 years later at the end of the Vietnam War & then communism had spread to Kabul & followed by the former Soviet Unions invasion of the nation for a decade till the partially end & the most entire end of the Cold War which former President Ronald Reagan & his administration, besides confronting Communism worldwide, had help the Afghan insurgency, in that were somewhat of the todays Taliban & Al Qaeda which had attacked your country & nation 12 years on September 11, 2001 when your country was about to be ready to confront new threats at that time, to resist the Soviet occupation & military operations there & thereafter your country had left Kabul to the warlords & made the most fatal mistakes by somewhat neglecting the nation when your country had won the Cold War & start prioritizing around the world but did some of your best to help Kabul but to no avail & saw the rise of The Taliban in 1996 & they had harbored Al Qaeda & they had launched attacks around the world till 12 years in 2001. So I had made several deliberations on your behalf privately & made these pleads on Facebook recently & had concluded about this but I hope that most of u would discussed my suggestions with NATO & United Nations Secretaries General Anders Fogh Rasmussen & Ban Ki-moon during the NATO Summit next year in Newport, Wales, The United Kingdom. My suggestions & proposals to resolve the Afghanistan question, including addressing the blue on blue incidents & providing security for the global organizations to continue their projects there were firstly; pause the partial withdrawal of ISAF military personnel till the middle of next year, including the U.S. military personnel, secondly; adding more regulations to the joint Afghan-U.S. security cooperation agreement with both Kabul & Washingtons consents & coupled it with the Mutual Defense Treaty between both countries like most Mutual Defense Treaties with other countries & nations in which included providing defense & military supports to each other if either Kabul or Washington was attacked by external threats & beyond. Thirdly & lastly, to be doing more than rebuilding Kabul, including most capabilities, including defense, military, law enforcement & for most organizations to help, invest & so on in the country, I would recommend & suggest the creation of the 2nd United Nations Command after Korea & the one & the future 1st one in Korea & The United Nations Command Afghanistan by The United States since it had spearhead the current operation to liberalize & stabilize Kabul 12 years ago a month after the September 11, 2001, attacks & the creation of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan-United States Combined Forces Command & The United States Afghanistan Command (AFGHANCOM) (USAFGHANCOM) & transitioned The International Security Assistance Force & United States Forces-Afghanistan to the both U.S. & multinational commands after next year & focus these commands to continue training the Afghanistan & doing more than everything else within both international & Afghan regulations & laws to stabilize the country, including defeating the Al Qaeda & the Taliban & their Afghan allies & increasing cooperation with Pakistan to help to coordinate operations to defeat the Taliban & Al Qaeda & both Afghan & Pakistani allies along the Afghan-Pakistani borders & also the creations of the career of the commanding general of The Third United States Army & The United States Army Central & The Combined Forces Land Component Command (Forward) (Afghanistan) as the Army elements of the United States Afghanistan Command, The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan-United States Combined Forces Command & The United Nations Command Afghanistan, with each Army Corps & division rotating in & out of Afghanistan daily, the career of the commander of The United States Air Forces Central (Forward) (Afghanistan) & The 9th Air & Space Expeditionary Task Force (Forward) (Afghanistan) & the career of the commanding general of the Marine Corps Forces Central Command (Forward) (Afghanistan), with both 1st & 2nd Marine Divisions, Expeditionary Forces & Expeditionary Brigades rotating in & out of Kabul daily & persuade Kabul to hand over 30% of its defense & military authorities to The United States, 20% of them to the United Nations & the international community & requested Kabul to retain 50% of them in their own hands as it was the most accountable & responsible for itself, including having the authorities & capabilities to command both U.S. & Afghan forces of total of more than 300,000 of them, 150,000, half of total of the strength of the Afghan forces, & more than 200,000 of U.S. forces, including 15,000 in the country & more than 150,000 of them from overseas & beyond on the emergency basis when Kabul was in a state of emergency in the near future & the future, & doing more than sending their signals to the Taliban & the Al Qaeda & their Afghan allies that despite the withdrawal & the transition of the ISAF, the joint force would be transitioned to the three joint U.S. & multinational commands & the United Nations & the international community are here to stay in the country & unless they have done more than denouncing violence, extremism, terrorism, hatred & beyond, the United Nations, The United States, the international community & Kabul itself would do more than anything else to put the most pressures on the Taliban & the Al Qaeda & their Afghan allies as well as the warlord factions & beyond, including conducting joint operations, mostly led by Kabul & in conjunction of the joint multinational & United States commands, to defeat them & urged them to do them & disarm & disband themselves. Furthermore, I would u all & your nation to keep at least between 15,000 & 20,000 of your troops in country for the most foreseeable future & urged NATO to keep its joint troops there, including at least 1,000 each, & also persuade the Arab League, the European Union, the Gulf Cooperation Council, India & the Organization of Islamic Cooperation & ASEAN & their member countries, to deploy at least the most maximum number of 1,000 each to the joint commands in Kabul due to more than the sensitivities of the cultures of the nation & also Japan & South Korea to deploy at least 1,000 of their troops each on the rotation basis as well. And General Lloyd, for the future of Afghanistan & the nation itself & the future of your unified combatant command being the most responsible for the Middle East, Egypt, the Gulf & Central & half of South Asia, I would like u & your command to have the most genuine unified subordinate command & that was The United States Afghanistan Command, The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan-United States Combined Forces Command & The United Nations Command Afghanistan (USAFGHANCOM/I.R.A.-U.S. CFC/ UNCAFGHANISTAN). And also, I would like my country & nation, Singapore & The Republic of Singapore, & The Singapore Armed Forces to continue its mission in Afghanistan but with the reduced number of troops of 600 with the rotation of most of the SAF units within a year. So President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, Secretary of State John Kerry, Generals Joseph F. Dunford, Philip M. Breedlove & Lloyd James Austin III & Ambassador James B. Cunningham, I hope that u all would consider my proposals, suggestions & recommendations regarding Afghanistan & its future so to do more than to avoid & prevent history to repeat itself, including Vietnam during The Vietnam War & Iraq 2 years ago & to discuss these with NATO & United Nations Secretaries General Anders Fogh Rasmussen & Ban Ki-moon & them next year at the NATO Summit next year in Newport, Wales, The United Kingdom & had also requested the Central Asian countries & nations to send their law enforcement & military personnel to both the joint multinational Afghan commands & Kabul as well. Besides, I would like to have appreciated that most of you would be doing more than communicating with Kabul, including the administration of President Karzai, which was in the final stages of ending its last term next year, including your current & incoming & future counterparts, to suggest that Kabul should hand over 20% of its security, military & defense responsibilities & 30% of them to the rest of the international community & the United Nations through the 2nd United Nations Command, United Nations Command Afghanistan, & having it to retain 50% of them because of its sole responsibilities for itself & discussing them with Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon & discuss these issues with Secretary-General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, before stepping down next year with the completion & transition of the international mission there & proposed the creation of the 1st NATO global military force & command outside Europe, namely The NATO Joint Forces Command Afghanistan or in short JFCOMAFGHANISATAN, & having the commander of the United Nations Command Afghanistan, The United States Afghanistan Command & The I.R.A.-U.S. CFC as well as JFCOMAFGHANISTAN & the total of 4 commands & the United Nations Command Afghanistan, The United States Afghanistan Command, The I.R.A.-U.S. CFC & JFCOMAFGHANISATAN to be the most predominantly an American & retaining its rank as the four-star general general officer & must from The United States Army, The United States Marine Corps & The United States Air Force besides of Afghanistan being surrounded by land & air spaces, since The United States had first led efforts liberating Afghanistan 12 years, its deputy commander of The I.R.A.-U.S. CFC & the commander of the Ground Component Command of the I.R.A.-U.S. CFC being an Afghan & ranked him/her as the four-star general, its deputy commander & commander of The NATO Forces in Afghanistan & The NATO Ground Component Command of The NATO Joint Forces Command Afghanistan & of The NATO Joint Forces Command being an European & NATO member general officer from NATO member countries & the commander of the individual NATO member countrys forces & the deputy commander of The United States Afghanistan Command & commander of The Air Component Command of The I.R.A.-U.S. CFC & the commander of The U.S. Air Forces Central (Forward) (Afghanistan) & the future 9th Air Force (Forward) (Afghanistan) ranking as a three-star general from The Unite States Air Force. So I would like to hope that even when the bilateral security agreement between the 2 countries failed, I would like u all to continue pressuring Kabul, including President Hamid Karzai & his successor after the elections, to sign the bilateral security agreement by the end of this year & the extended period of time till the completion & transition of the ISAF mission in Afghanistan before the end of next year & further extending the deadline to December 31, 2015, after South Korea, which had contributed itself to the ISAF mission there, had assumed the fullest responsibilities of itself, including its military, at that period of time & start creating the 4 joint commands asap between now & December 31, 2014 & also December 31, 2015, as well & beyond. As for the capabilities of the Afghan forces, I would like to hope that most of your forces in the country would speed up their training efforts by hiring & engaging their Afghan language translators to interpret their own language of English to their own dialects & languages to most of them, including their training & commands & for your forces to learn from them as well, including most of their experiences, upon themselves.
