President Barrack Transparency Obama has said government spying on Americans’ phone records, e-mails, Google, Facebook and all those i-thingies is necessary to protect America from terrorists. Am I convinced? Are you? President George W. Bush didn’t wade through millions of personal and private documents to protect us from terrorism. He was practically handed a letter of invitation by his national security advisor Condoleezza Rice that warned about plans to commit an act of terror and foreigners in the United States taking flying lessons. For some reason they didn’t take the course on landing the aircrafts. Somehow the information to protect us from terrorism failed to prevent 9/11. Perhaps George didn’t read the letter because he was still trying to make it through My Pet Goat. President Obama’s administration was alerted by the Russians about curious activities of the marathon bombers prior to the tragedy. Not millions of American phone calls, but word by the Russians to the American FBI. Someone still reading My Pet Goat? Are you reading me, NSA?
