President Museveni of Uganda has signed the Anti Mini Skirt Law. As a way of enforcing the said law, Police Officers have been directed to arrest any fille found in such short dress code. This law is similar to one which was passed in Swaziland almost two years ago. I dont know what the ladies in Zambia have to say about the same. From what we see and hear, Zambian females are highly abusing dress codes.
