President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, are set to reshuffle their Cabinet next week – An exercise that will include sacking, re-assigning and appointment of Cabinet and Principal Secretaries. The exercise will be based on performance of individual CSs and PSs with non-performers and lazy ones being sent home and new ones appointed to replace them. Already, the Public Service Commission (PSC) has finalised the audit report and the CSs and PSs know their individual performances and rankings but they do not know who will be sacked or spared.
