Preston bus shall I compare thee to a bus service that actually serves the customer? I leave the house at 6.35 to get the 6.43 from black bull lane. I get to across the road from the bus stop and the bus is there a few minutes early. I cant cross the road because of traffic. I waved frantically at the bus but it wouldnt stop. By the time Id crossed the road the bus had gone early. The next bus was meant to be at 6.58 but was 5 mins late. I get on this bus and get to the bus stop on friar gate which is at least 8 mins walk from the train station (because a joined up transport system is too much to ask of Preston). By the time I get to the station I have missed the 7.09 and 7.17 to Manchester. So I now have a 30 min wait for the next train. So no 8am start for me. Ill just be in at the same time as normal. Despite getting up an hour earlier. Preston bus do you know how much time you add to my long working day by turning up when you feel like it? Do you realise that Ive got to put up with the crazies and the drunks at the bus stop on my way home? Then one of your bus drivers decides to give me the third degree about my annual plus bus pass like Im some kind of master criminal. Well you can take your £415 and use it to teach your drivers about customer service. Preston bus you should be ashamed.
