Preventing the spread of Ebola virus A Hong Kong woman who previously traveled to Kenya has exhibited suspected #Ebola symptoms a few days ago. Although she was later discharged of carrying the virus, it brought panics to people living in #China, who are still strangers to the deadly virus. There is no cure for Ebola, and up to 9 in 10 infections end in death. The latent period for the disease is 2 to 21 days. The worst outbreak on record of the deadly Ebola virus continues to spread in West #Africa. To date, there have been more than 1,300 confirmed cases, and 729 have died.
