Primary caregivers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities often dont get a break from the constant care of their loved one(s). Well the Arc of Harrisonburg and Rockingham is preparing to launch in-home, out of home and center based respite so that primary caregivers can get the break they so richly deserve.
