Facts: Rajat contracts with Singham for getting his brother 10 bicycles and promises to pay him Rs. 10 thousand. He also pays an advance of Rs. 5 thousand. Singham however failed to provide 10 bicycles to Rajan. Rajat asks for his money back. a. Rajat will get his money back as there is a breach of contract. b. Rajat will get his money back since the task was not performed and thus the money should be given back. c. Rajat will not get his money back and would be sent to jail. d. Rajat will not get his money back because there was no contract.
