It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph. Forecast: MIMAROPA, Bicol Region and Visayas will be cloudy with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. CALABARZON will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the north to northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
