Private post: Im just writing in to say that I took my children to have a hair cut today, in a well knows barbers opposite budgens today, and although he cuts hair very well, his attitude towards his customers was awful. I did feel like walking out. Whilst waiting an old man was having his hair cut, he tried making conversation about how he liked the window display, this was greeted by a grunt, a little later in and the customer said he was grateful for his cut, not one word was said back, just money taken, the old man even said keep the change what you usually give me, for Christmas. And then put his coat on, gave me a smile and raised eye brows as if to say that was like talking to a brick wall and made his way. Our turn, two children under 10, no hello, no talking at all and at the end I got a is this alright took my money with no speaking and moved onto the chap waiting behind us. Needless to say, we wont be returning. My children thought they had done wrong and dont want to have their hair cut again in a hurry. Customer service is everything!!! Especially when youre a one man band with so much competition around you. We all have to work and block out our troubles while were doing a good job. Next time may I suggest you Dont bother opening if your going to be in such a foul mood to paying customers.
