Other reason could explain, why after the «messager» gone, Virginias «children» speciallly from Marys land, lost their patience and things gone smooth as planned, since any resposible World power will do some real business with so disgusting people and organizations? Procastine important decisions lead to caos and unfair innocents suffering, as sadly happened in former Portuguese colonies. Sometimes, maybe due to too long time in power, politicians could loose their focus in real life, or simply, consciently, made their own propaganda based choices, disregarding their own people happiness, their fellow Citizens wealth and taxpayers money?
