Product Analyst / Data Scientist with NaturalMotion naturalmotion/home/ We are looking for product aligned Analyst / Data Scientist to join a growing and highly skilled Analytics team at NaturalMotion Games. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving insights and helping make product decisions from statistical analysis and data mining techniques. The candidate will be embedded in a product team using there knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques to create outstanding high quality mobile games. You will be challenged to answer broad and complex questions, analyse datasets, construct well-formed experiments and explain and defend your conclusions. Responsibilities • Create key insights and recommendations through quantitative analysis. • Contribute to the evolution of tools for the tracking and understanding of user behaviour. • Provide data, insights and recommendations for product managers & game designers. • Build tools and pipelines for gathering data from multiple sources into a coherent view. • Assist with the modelling of freemium economies. Person requirements Experience and Skills • Previous experience with analytics/data analysis, either in the games space or otherwise. • You know your way around SQL databases and can implement and optimize complex queries. • You can build tools to extract, process and present large quantities data in Python, R or other dynamic language. • You can build tools and pipelines for gathering data from multiple sources into a coherent view. • You can construct well-formed experiments, analyse results and present findings. • You have the ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language.
