Marketing anbspnbspnbspnbsp Research and study of Aptecrsquos positionmarket share per region channel segment bnbspnbspnbsp Develop Marketing Plan annually and quarterly working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate. cnbspnbspnbspnbsp Design Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments dnbspnbspnbsp Manage maximizing the use of Vendor Marketing Funds according to Vendor contract and system. If Extra funds are needed should be clarified in the Marketing Plan and should get approval to use part of GP or Aptecrsquos Fund enbspnbspnbspnbsp Update Aptec Web Site for his or her product Prices Promotions News and Marketing Activities in coordination with Marketing Team. fnbspnbspnbspnbsp Attend resellers Training and Seminars 3. Vendor Relation anbspnbspnbspnbsp Development of close relations with the vendor at every level bnbspnbspnbsp Working with the vendor to achieve Aptec targets as well as Vendor Target cnbspnbspnbspnbsp Sharing market requirement and feed back dnbspnbspnbsp Building strong personal relation between key people in both organizations enbspnbspnbspnbsp Maximizing the support Aptec gets from Vendor in all business aspects fnbspnbspnbspnbsp Ensure compliance with vendor contracts reporting requirements territory rules etc. Communicate same to sales team. 4. Pricing and Stock handling anbspnbspnbspnbsp Managing Products stock level Min and Max as well as stocks mix to maximize profit and cash flow bnbspnbspnbsp Insure Stock aging is within the agreed accepted level cnbspnbspnbspnbsp Responsible for pricing of all products insuring GP is within the market standard and in line with the budget expected profitability. dnbspnbspnbsp Minimize the manual price approval in the SOP updating the price in the system Daily enbspnbspnbspnbsp Liase with purchase team on PO RMA Lead times Vendor Receivables Customer backlog Ageing 5. Train Support and Guide Sales Team and BD Team anbspnbspnbspnbsp Upgrade skills and technical know how of the Sales team bnbspnbspnbsp Develop testing and certification programs for sales team cnbspnbspnbspnbsp Monitor Performance of each Sales person for his or her Product weekly passing comments and guiding sales person of how to improve business dnbspnbspnbsp Visit customers with Sales team members if needed enbspnbspnbspnbsp Sharing growth plans and Vendor direction with Sales Team fnbspnbspnbspnbsp Creating enough pull for sales team to make use of pushing stock gnbspnbspnbsp Sharing all marketing activities with Sales Team planning expected sales out of each. nbsp Job Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE Essential Qualification amp Experience MBA with 45 years relevantindustry experience OR Graduate with 57 years relevantindustry Industry IT Distribution in a multinational environment Other Preferred Qualification Sales Certification on respective product Sales amp sales related Technical Certification on respective product Experience 47 years in sales in the IT SME or Enterprise segment SKILL SET Essential Excellent knowledge of Products of technical nature. Excellent time management and planning skills Decision maker ability to work under pressure and time Constrains. Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
