No. There are a lot of Windows 8 laptops and Tablets that cost under $400. #2 Are all Windows tablets sold without keyboards? No. Most Windows Tablets are sold with out keyboards. The idea is that its a Tablet. 99.9% of Android Tablets are sold without keyboards, why should Windows Tablets be different? Because its Windows. Duh! Lets talk about the ASUS T100 Transformer, Netbook and Tablet. Last year I highly praised this device and this year Im going to do the same thing. The ASUS T100 is a Windows 8.1 pro Tablet with a solid keyboard that you can attach and unattached with a press of a button. If you want Windows on the go, and the ability to cradle your desktop, the T100 is the Device for you. Displaywise the T100 has a Screen size of (diagonal)10.1 with an IPS LCD 1366 x 768 resolution and 155ppi. The CPU is an Intell family Bay Trail processor model, Atom Z3740 1.3 GHz quad core. The graphics card is a generic GPU Intel Model HD Graphics. Not meant for serious gaming. But you can tweak it.
