Project Phoenix in partnership with Quality Self Storage is having our Easter Basket Drive again this year due to the tremendous response we received last year. We will be accepting donations of empty baskets, individually wrapped candy, new stuffed animals, books, crayons, coloring books, and anything that would be appropriate for children’s Easter baskets. Filled Easter baskets are welcomed as long as the candy is individually wrapped by the manufacturer. Monetary donations will be used to purchase anything that is not donated or we run short of. These baskets will be distributed to the many families with children that are struggling at this time. With the help of our community last year we were able to distribute 97 baskets to area children. Items can be dropped off at Quality Self Storage, 3041 S. McCall Rd., Englewood, (Next to Sun Fresh Produce) Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-3:00.
