PromaxBDA Ron Scalera Rocket Award 2014: Winning Submission S A M P L E 0 1 : The intension of this spot (just one chapter of an extensive Channel [V] brand campaign) sought to evoke the spirit of various music genres through a unique visual journey. Through themes like Spirituality, Love & Evil this chapter shows tortured, haunting artists to create a sinister portal to the dark side of pop music. The campaign won PromaxBDA ANZ 2013 Silver for Best On-Air Branding Design. S A M P L E 0 2 : The aim of here was to create hype for the Channel [V] coverage of the world renowned music festival Splendour in the Grass - to exaggerate the explosive, cheerful & celebratory event to help drive awareness of the 3 hour music programming spectacular. S A M P L E 0 3 : Show opener for THE RIFF - a light-entertainment news program, delivering doses of music & pop-culture, interviews & live music performances. The goal was to channel the brand essence of being Presented with Attitude, to create dramatic, dynamic & fun branding that reflects the character of the shows cheeky & irreverent hosts. The Ron Scalera Rocket Award is designed to recognize one professional from around the world with two years or less experience in television promotion, marketing and design, who is already creating outstanding work.
