Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements of ranging from product campaigns to award programs to promotion of their corporate image. II. Suggest different product options to the customer from Ponto’s product portfolio, after reviewing the customer brief. III. Obtain approval on the product type and material from the customer. IV. Share different visuals or samples in case of existing product. V. Take clients feedback on them VI. Liaise with Supply Chain and Production to prepare the cost sheet and prepare the final quotation for the customer. VII. Coordinate with the Graphic Designers for the visuals, artwork and design of the product and its packaging. VIII. Liaise with the Development section for the development of the product prototype and send to the customer for approval. IX. Ensure that customer feedback is given top priority at every step of the process. X. Issue OCN (Order Confirmation Note) to Sourcing & Production Department after receiving formal go ahead from the Client. XI. Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, development, quality and delivery. XII. Coordinate with production to ensure adherence to timelines and timely delivery of the product to the customer. XIII. Prepare various Sales Presentations XIV. Maintain Records (Files & Database) XV. Maintain Visual Data Bank XVI. Develop and maintain Product Database and ensure that its privacy is maintained. XVII. To update Product List
