Property management is never boring. Tenant reported that gardener turned off water to make a repair. When water back on, there was service to only 1/2 the house. So... the gardener attached a "hose thing" to the outside hose bib, crawled under the house and "attached it to something," and voila! Water is on to the entire house. Work order for this one? "Remove Repair." LOL. Thanks to my friend Bob Robert Frenchu for this gem! :-)
