Proposal: Make Admin Server extensible for user extension. We have an extension which have persist data in memory like APC extension. `Admin Server` is a great interface to peak inside HHVM, so I propose make admin server extensible for user extension. Currently, admin server command handler are hardcoded. To archive the goal, admin-request-handler.cpp may need to be open for registration, user extension could register there command handlers. After doing that, apc and other commands can be group together, APCs command handler can go to apc extension. What do you guys think about the idea?
