Protecting the Everglades is not about saving some distant swamp - it is about our water supply! After seeing the generational damage that has been done to the water supplies in West Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and regions all around the world, how can we risk our drinking water to the oil and fracking industry? The pollution and contamination of our tap water will cripple our economy, our livelihoods, our way of life and our future! There are alternatives and conservation methods that can help provide a more sustainable energy policy. More people need to get involved and bring attention to these positive shifts. The 7th Annual Everglades Benefit Concert at 7th Circuit Studios on Sat, May 10 is a platform for community interaction and creative expression in support of the Everglades. This is an all ages event! We have a great lineup of speakers and performers to educate and entertain.
