Proud of Giancarlo Barraza this week. Hes made phenomenal strides in business in the last year. When he first came to me for coaching, he didnt even know how to blog or make videos. Now hes launching his own products, as well as earning huge sums as an affiliate. The secret? ... First, he had faith in a coach who had a vision for him before he fully saw it for himself, then he set to work taking MASSIVE action to make it a reality. What started as dreams expressed on international calls to England from a US Starbucks led to videos, tribe building, webinars, masterminds, etc. Next, he invested over and over again in himself to get the content spot on for his avatar. He didnt stay in his comfort zone. He kept pushing himself to higher levels. He defined the areas in which he wanted to specialise, and got specialist coaching in those areas, paying the best experts he could find what it took to get the best advice he needed at every stage. Finally, he understood that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, so having identified and built a tribe, he serve it consistently, and became an irresistible leader to a specific niche. The real secret sauce at the heart of this? Hustle. He WORKS. Hes never done the bare minimum. From the first time I coached him, I saw that. He paid attention and took action. He didnt just do the assignment I set him. He did that PLUS something. That happened every week. Id advise him to make a video. Hed do that, then hire an outsourcer to make the videos look better. Every session I had with him, he showed up PREPARED. Have I agreed with every action hes taken? Not always, but the thing with taking massive and swift action is that if you ever take a mis-step, it just becomes part of the dance. Like all good soccer players, he keeps his eye on the goal, continually trains, and takes action every day. There are few clients Ive had whove worked so hard and been so prepared to commit and re-commit to fulfilling their destiny with such enthusiasm, energy, and drive. #BestClientsEver
