Proven Results $2.9 Billion Invested in Brampton and Peel City Council needs to be focused on an economic plan that invests in people, invests in infrastructure and supports an innovative and dynamic business climate in Brampton. As your Member of Provincial Parliament and a senior cabinet minister in the Provincial Legislature I worked hard to secure investments to support a number of critical initiatives for our community. As a community we saw the completion of the last two phases of Highway 410, a $95 million investment in Züm, and $300 million in gas tax funding for Brampton. Whether it’s dollars to support quality healthcare, education or transportation – we need partnerships with other levels of government. There is no magic or short cuts to getting projects approved. It takes vision, investment and political leadership.
