Proverbs 16:18, Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Pride comes in many forms. Each time the believer recognizes & kills one attribute of pride, another one rears its ugly head. Some forms of pride seem completely innocent, but beware! One thing is for sure, God hates all forms of pride & because of that fact, I must diligently seek & destroy any trace of that which my God abhors! Proverbs 16:5, Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.
