Proverbs 29:22 (NIV) [22] An angry person stirs up conflict,and a hot-tempered person commits many sins. There are many things in our daily lives that anger, upset and frustrate us. Maybe its work, maybe its family, maybe its really nothing to anyone other than us but it grabs us and wont let go. Take time to really look at the situation and ask is it as bad as I think? Then pray about it and ask God for guidance. He will help you see things more clearly.
