Psalm 55, is a Imprecatory Psalm, one where the Psalmist spews their hatred and curses those that have betrayed them. Not a very Christian prayer, but one I am sure many have uttered in their life. Remembering that the New Testament teaches us to pray for those that have betrayed us, that it is through prayer to God that their eyes can be opened and that their hearts can be filled. In the end only Jesus Christ has the power and strength, we can only pray for His help. My prayer to those that need to heed this: May God open your eyes, May God fill your heart, May God whisper in your ears, But most of all May you Allow your eyes to open, Allow your heart to fill Allow your ears to listen In the end only God can save your soul and right your path.
