Public Service Announcement: I will call the cops on you if you are wearing baggy jeans, a hood over your head, and youre standing around on my street scoping out my neighbors. I just called the cops to report a suspicious person on my street. My fiancée was concerned when she got home. He was just standing there looking at our neighbors house. She stayed in her car when she pulled in because she wasnt sure what he was doing. We live on a side street. We see very few random people on it, and never anyone that dresses ghetto. He was a white male, baggy jeans, big hoodie with the hood over his head. So, wtf was he doing? Any ideas?
