Public hearing on FY2015/2016 Budget process at Obambo Chief camp for South Central Alegos Kadenge and Obambo sub Location yesterday from 10.00am to 2.30pm. Very successful residents shall live to remember. Central Alego ward has 8 sub Locatios namely: Kadenge and Obambo of South Central Alego Location and; Ojwando A, Ojwando B, Kochieng B, Kochieng A, Koyeyo and Kakum Kombewa of Central Alego Locations. In making my ward residents truly participate in the ongoing budget public hearings, deliberately I persionally meet each sub Location public together with area people elected committees and key local leadership led by grassroot national administrators for open talks. Once public is clear on its sub Location needs along sectorsl devolve function lines, they put them clearly down in one document letterheaded on Office of the President and certified by both area Assistant/chief and Ward Manager. Thus on 30.1.2015 when Ward public hearing meeting takes place at my Boro Ward Office, each sub Location reps shall lead in presentation on behalf of area public. Hence there shall be space for both qualitative and quatitative people driven presentation.
