Public service announcement for everyone with babies: Watch the carts at Walmart. Babies feet can get caught in the cart, start to swell, and not be able to come back through. This happened to Miss Rylee on July 4, 2014 and with the help of baby oil, we were able to get her loose. It happened to Miss Kinsley yesterday but the swelling was much worse. They had to call the fire department to cut the cart so they could get her loose. Please use a cart cover!!! They are fairly inexpensive and keep little feet from slipping between the rails of the cart. Now if Walmart would change the design of the carts, there wouldnt be an issue.
