One of the speakers who shared new research with us was Gerald Pollack, a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington. Dr Pollack studies structured water, a relatively unknown fourth phase that his team has found to be a common component of life as we know it. In this interview, Dr Pollack discusses new findings that hint at an electric function of this crystalline water that may be related to photosynthesis, but within the human body.
