The keys to use these 2 techniques are as below. 1.Make sure you pick hard enough to make the better vibration and sustain of the strings. 2.When you slide, keep your finger press the string properly. When you hammer on, try to do it harder to make clear hammer on sound. It takes time to practice! Good Luck!
