Pumpkin Pie Fudge. 3c sugar, 3/4c unsalted/melted butter, 2/3c fat free evaporated milk, 1/4c canned pumpkin, 2tbsp corn syrup, 2 1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice, 9oz white chocolate chips, 7oz marshmallow fluff, 1tsp vanilla. Stir together the first 6 ingredients in lg saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil continue cooking stirring until candy thermometer reads 234. Remove from heat. Stir in last 3 ingredients. Pour into greased aluminum foil or partchment line pan
