Buddha wrote, Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. On happiness Buddha wrote, Happiness is the art of never holding in your mind the memory of any unpleasant thing that has passed. The writer Albert Camus wrote; If you want happiness for an hour- take a nap. If you want happiness for a day- go fishing. If you want happiness for a year- inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime- help someone else. Good advise. I like Albert Camus a lot. He has some great quotes. Check him out. Well, growing my pumpkins has made me happy. Writing Pumpkins Progress Report makes me happy too. What makes me happy on a Sunday is cooking a big roast dinner, which is exactly what Im gonna do. Roast pork with stuffing and winter vegetables. You just cant beat it a good piece of red meat. Thats why we have pointed teeth. Have a happy Sunday and spread a little love.
