Ceramic disk beads with embossed texture on the front. Decorated with a deep purple satin glaze that has been sanded back to reveal the white clay underneath and to emphasise the design (back is plain dark purple). They have a hole in the middle and are very lightweight so perfect for earrings. Pic in the comments shows an example of how these can be used.
