Push Ups to Mountain Climbers!! Day 20, were at the end of the challenge, and the end of the Balanced No Sugar Challenge as well! These are going to start off the circuit for the next couple of days. Well be doing 20 total, or 10 per side. As always keep a tight core, keep the hips and back muscles engaged, and spot the floor in front of you. Dont let the shoulders sag or the belly pooch out. :) 3 circuits: 1) 20 total Push Ups to Mountain Climbers 2) 20 total Grasshopper Push-Ups 3) 20 total Push Ups to T 4) 20 Show and Goes (yup, theyre back!!) Well be bringing the ab roller back this week, so please make sure you have one! Happy Training!!
