Putin’s fetters Today Vladimir Putin has acted with the next Message to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Speech began from the justification of annexation of Crimea and support of movement of terrorists in the Southeast of Ukraine. Putin referred to international law, the truth and legality of the criminal acts concerning brotherly Ukraine which is the state – founder of the United Nations, created on May 26, 1945, and the state the participant of the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki agreements). Putin referred to Prince Vladimir Rurikovich, on one of the versions, christened in Chersonese (Korsun, nowadays Sevastopol). The truth the President has overlooked to add, that Prince Vladimir force has grasped this Byzantium city, having killed hundreds his defenders and inhabitants. And today in Ukraine thousand innocent people perish. Then Vladimir Putin has told about all gradually and, as always, about anything. We should, We can, We are obliged and also We shall win! – Here brief theses of his streamline speech. Fifteen years it has known sphere of Russia and the world an overflowing from empty in empty. Euphoria from the huge money which has fallen down to Russia from sharp rise in price of raw material, has not brought structural changes in economy of Russia, necessary reforms, innovative and technological gallop, but has filled pockets of Putins friends and partners with billions dollars. Russia in part received the raw rent from an overflowing of part of this money in economy and social sector. However for these years it has been made nothing to transform Russia into powerful economic power. The prices for oil and gas have fallen and Russia was blown off, as an air ball with Putins speeches and his environments. Putin again has suggested Russians to mark time and win overseas enemies though at Putin’s Russia there is only one real enemy – Putins environment and his confidants – the modern political and economic elite which have saddled financial streams, usurping political authority and the crushed opportunity to perspective and creative people to construct competitive society and economy in Russia. Look closely at photo from session of Federal Assembly is one continuous bald head from back. About the front views it is better to keep silent and to not discuss these swum away persons. I perceive this ingratiating picture of Putin’s unifications with the environment as embodiment of huge fetters, held down Russia and Russian people. They not only are not capable to make something, but also do not allow another to change rotting and stagnation of our favorite Fatherland. References to foreign intrigues and sanctions do not roll, they are guilty in it only – Putin’s fetters. Sweet, beautiful speeches not are necessary for Russia. Revolutionary and qualitative evolutionary changes in all branches of life are necessary for Russia. Russia should become the most free and open state in the world where to people will live comfortably and favorably where each person from all light can realize the most courageous plans and undertakings where active citizens can develop any business at the minimal taxes and the maximal support on the part of the state and financial sector. Where good neighborhood and frontier trade, cultural exchanges and military discharge will provide prosperity and growth of mutual trust. For achievement of these purposes it is necessary to begin with simple actions – to throw off yoke of Putin’s fetters, ten times to reduce bureaucracy and to orders to raise efficiency of the government. That the state did not tell, how it is done by Putin - as to businessmen to do business, to teachers to learn children, to historians to invent nonexistent history, and to families – to bring up children. To us to Russian people freedom and the responsibility are necessary, we should not to prevent work and involve the country in all new and new conflicts to all civilized world.
