Q&A at the Rich Mix London with the Producer and Directors of Moving Pictures; a collection of short films made by people whove experienced mental ill health in order to fight stigma and discrimination. The truly special moment of the evening was seeing how the process of filmmaking has brought together and empowered a group of people. The project was made possible by Toynbee Hall and Time to Change. The films will continue to be used to stimulate discussion about mental ill health. The Rich Mix is an independent cinema, cross-arts and community centre on Bethnal Green Road. They regularly hold free events and run programs for people of all ages and backgrounds.
