Rate of Pay: Start 9.86 + .40 shift premium-----After 6 months: 11.10 + .40 Shift Premium. Job Summary (Essential Job Duties): To perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting and calculating results accurately; take corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management. OUTLINE OF DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS: 1. Position Involves: a. Heavy lifting [70 lbs.] b. Reading and interpreting product specifications. c. Functioning well under stress. d. Flexibility to work where and when needed [throughout plant]. e. All miscellaneous duties, as assigned. 2. Position Requires: a. Accepting supervision well. b. A positive work ethic/attitude. c. Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal. d. Must have good problem identification and problem solving skills. e. Working efficiently and effectively. f. Math and organizational skills and basic computer skills for data entry. Other requirement: Job requires bending, stooping, climbing. Complete daily paperwork. The environment is cold and wet.
