QOTD : Kristy asks - I have a 14 month old son who suddenly has a fear of wearing any sort of shoes/socks/anything that touches his feet. This started at about 12.5 months and has gotten progressively worse. He used to wear socks all the time, and his pyjamas are the babygros that have the feed covered and has always worn them with no dramas. Nothing has changed and nothing happened (that we are aware of) so I have no idea what has caused this. He actually gets so frantic that he has vomited all over the place from his frantic little fit. Ive tried off and on to put shoes or socks or the babygros on him since this started but each time he reacts worse and worse. Has anyone ever heard of this or experienced this?? I have NO IDEA what I can do to help and we really need to get him to move past this fear.
