QUESTION FROM A READER: I recently bought some homemade cream cheese from the dairy where I get my raw milk. I dont know what method they use to make it, but its quite bitter. Is there anything I can do to it or add to it to make it less bitter? I tried blending in some frozen berries and a bit of honey, but it didnt help at all. Wondering if theres anything else I could try or its just a lost cause?
