QUESTION: Friend your trainer on FB or no? Lol....this cracks me up! Caught a client on FB and her picture of some fast food pumpkin pie dessert. Then she deleted it. But shes coming in for my class tonight..... Muaaahhhaaaahhhhaa!! I never send requests because I dont want clients to feel uncomfortable or pressured. BUT...you better believe that if you friend me, I WILL comment on those Starbucks fraps, happy hour cocktails and too frequent cheat meals....lol!
