QUESTION : IS THIS WHAT SOUNDS LIKE AN HONORABLE COMPANY AND BUSINESSMAN???.... Process peoples orders and have them wait sometimes for months to get their merchandise ( if they do) . Ignore e mail and face book messaging queries ( Marked seen by the system).Really push folks on social media to buy the very merchandise you are not shipping to customers who made earlier orders. Continue to tout Warriorship, Honor, Bravery , Oath keeping, Chivalry as what you are all about. Continue not to answer polite and patient email queries. Later announce you are selling off the last of the inventory items and they are no longer going to be available....when someone comes up on the timeline ( since emails and FB messaging get no response) you immediately erase their message ( so it looks on your timeline like all your customer are satisfied and ardent fans), ban him from being able to post on your timeline and block him from being able to send your further messages . Is this the type of company that you think could honestly tout itself as Warrior Culture??? Someone that cant step up and answer a polite question in a straightforward courteous manner??? Seriously??? I CAN NOT ENDORSE WARRIOR CULTURE GEAR AS A RELIABLE COMPANY to order from!!!!! Sorry my face book friends ....for a bit, you will have to see me boorishly ranting on here. HOWEVER.....I am warning you to be careful in your consideration to patronize this company and I am NOT going to let him think he can sweep me under the carpet. Sometimes silence protects the guilty and I am not ready to fade back quietly into the jungle on this one. Warrior Culture Gear markets HEAVILY with social media and so I am going to use social media to vent a little criticism his well deserving way. Sorry folks ...that makes me petty I suppose , but he sanitizes his timeline from anyone that simply asks him where their orders are. Warrior Culture Gear has NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. He does not answer FB Messages or e mails . WARRIOR CULTURE GEAR IS NOT DEPENDABLE. It is a 50-50 gamble at best if you will get your merchandise. He may be able to take care of a tiny one to two t shirt order but there is no guarantee .Warrior Culture Gear markets heavily to the warrior culture, veterans , patriotic souls and the martially inclined....essentially folks who have a general affinity toward veterans/veteran owned , who themselves have a sense of honor and who are often inclined to be patient. Back in late summer I had already placed a few orders and then noticed a couple of people who asked on timeline where their orders were after having their cards processed and having waited 1 1/2-2 months for their gear. He essentially acted as if they were way out of line for asking and rebuffed them. That should have been a clue what was in store. At the beginning of June I had placed a sizeable order, which was never to be shipped to me, and later followed it with another order which was never completely filled. I have sent numerous polite, courteous queries about my order status to him on both regular email and his FB messaging ( again - marked as seen , but Not responded to except ,once, way back to quickly say Ill look into it)It has now been 8 MONTHS and the items ordered have been available and actively marketed as such on his timeline. Now he has started announcing those items are getting shelved...sold off and archived , to no longer be available. Having no success with getting a response or satisfaction from email or FB messaging , I simply came up on his timeline and politely asked if since, these were about to be sold out, would there be a chance that I might have a couple shipped to me. As a Mighty Representative of the Warrior Culture, what do you think his response was???? Or should be???? You might say...answer with a polite acknowledgement of an oversight and a pledge to make things right ASAP . HOWEVER, you would be wrong. His response was to ( as stated above) Immediately erase my question, ban me from posting on his timeline and block me from sending him messages by FB messaging!!! What a warrior....what an oath keeper !!! PATHETIC!!! THATs WHAT THAT IS!!! Really it is an embarrassment to behave like that and claim the mantle of some honorable warrior . He can post quotes from all sorts of famous warriors and he can clean up his timeline so it deceives folks into believing he runs a tight ship and gets the job done but he seriously, shouldnt think that in this day of social media he wont see the word get circulated about how her treats some of his customers. SO VERY SORRY FOR MY PUBLIC RANTING, MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS ....but please understand this has to be said and he needs to be a bit uncomfortable knowing that somewhere some folks are definitely NOT singing his praises. Now if he should man up ...aspire to be some sort of real oath keeper and decide to make things right I will very much let you all know.....but dont hold your breath... I HAVE BEEN exceedingly courteous , polite, diplomatic and patient for 8 months now. I think he has very much shown me what he is really made of. ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT ENDORSE WARRIOR CULTURE GEAR !!!!!!!!!!
