QUICK UPDATE REGARDING RAY UNDERWOOD !!! I havent spoken to Angela yet this morning, so as of now I dont know how his first night went at home last night. I have a family gathering myself at 2:00pm so even after I get the info It will be later this evening before I am able to post a more informative report. I do know that as of this morning Angela and Violet were going to put up the tree for Ray. Ray loves Christmas so much, hes like a kid at Christmas time. Im not talking about a kid getting presents, what Im talking about is that inner child that we all used to have ( I still do ) regarding laying around on the couch with the Christmas tree lights blinking, and the stockings hanging up. All the Christmas decorations everywhere. Personally I still have a few of my ornaments that Ive had since childhood, and no not the painted cans we all made in Kindergarten, I mean real ornaments that were always your favorite, and you couldnt wait until it was time to put the tree up and see those ornaments. My family started a tradition many years ago in which my Children, my Ex-Wife, and I would go ( at first Waccamaw Pottery and then later usually Hobby Lobby ) specifically Ornament shopping for each of us to pick out a new one we liked for that year. If you have small children this is a wonderful tradition to start and follow through every year. Back to Ray, due to the very real probability that this will be his last Christmas Angela, Violet, and myself as well Im sure all of you as well want Ray to have the decorative part of Christmas at the very least. So just in case it may have crossed your mind wondering how He felt about Christmas and if he cared at all with regards to the decorations I can assure you he does and will have that this year. One other quick note, Ray is no longer getting his medication through an IV, due to the meds being taken orally he no longer receives instant relief. Id like to ask that you pray for him in that aspect as well. THIS NEXT PART IS FOR Chris Godfrey : Chris, Last night I mentioned you to Ray and we instantly started talking about Community Cash. More specifically we talked and laughed about the time that man had stuffed his shirt with meat and Frank Kennedy grabbed the intercom and yelled Security to the front , Security to the front and we all knew that we didnt have any Security officers at Community Cash. He said to thank you personally and have a Merry Christmas. Well Ive got to start getting ready for my family dinner, I will update tonight as soon as possible and with as much information as I can.
