Quality Assurance Staff (QA Staff) Job Description Handle and investigate all non-conformities raised by both internal and external source (including customer’s complaint) to find root problem Coordinate and cooperated with other departments / functions to have reliable corrective and preventive action Prepare countermeasure for customer’s complaint in relation with quality of products Follow the procedures in doing daily QA activities which comply with the implementation of QMS-ISO-9001, SMK3 or other Management System applied by company Requirements: Age 25- 30 years old Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from reputable Universities in Indonesia Basic conceptual in ink or coating including understanding raw material and product knowledge, and quality management system as well as practical aspects Should posses at least 3 year working experience in QA position with preference in Ink and Chemical / Printing Manufacturing Posses technical and chemical analysis, problem solving, development skills, and conceptualization as well as communication skill Able to maintain ISO Management System (9001, SMK3, and 14001 and 18001) Should able to communicate in English (both oral and written) The post Quality Assurance Staff (QA Staff) – PT DIC Graphics appeared first on Lowongan ID Jawa Timur.
