Question- At the time we ( NY) passed to move over law for emergency vehicles, did surrounding states w drivers that commute through NY daily do the same? Where they at least notified? Reason I ask is while on a call a trooper had a vehicle on shoulder for animal collision( lights clearly visible) Another trooper vehicle w my vehicle on animal care. New Jersey plates came through and all most creamed all vehicles. Thankfully we are on shoulder. Not always lucky enough to have a shoulder however.
