Question: Is there light at the end of the tunnel in which we walk? BeiYin: This question shows clearly, that the mind is based and conditioned, to work with images. Words are the media and each word is representing a picture and the combination of several describes another picture on a higher level, that is even more imaginary. Each word that is representing an image, gives the possibility of a wide range of individual interpretation and so does a sentence like this. There are no facts described, just concepts based on beliefs that as well are build from images. Question: Is this light just false hope? BeiYin: The light stands for conditions and a state of being, that is different than what we are at this present moment and indeed it is representing the hope that our present condition, that is unwanted, will change for something better. Question: There is something we have been conditioned to aim for? BeiYin: Whatever we expect, comes out of our conditioning, based on goals and values, that are the result of traditional misinterpretation of reality since beginning of humanity, stored in the common mindset of our society, updated with more sophisticated concepts, that are not necessarily coming nearer to any *truth*. Comment: When I expect nothing, I am more than just “not disappointed” when I receive. I am pleased and thankful, even for the smallest things. Quote: Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you are happy for a reason, youre in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you. (Deepak Chopra) BeiYin: A child can be happy without specific reason, because it is its natural state of *being*. The advice: Be happy for no reason is absolute nonsense and only supports the usual fake behavior of people. But isnt it time by now, to wake up to relate and respond to *reality*, facing the fake? Question: Could you give loads of practical real life examples of how to relate and respond to reality, please? BeiYin: When I go out of the house, then I might not have any expectation how the weather should be, but then on my way, I see some dark clouds showing up and so I can expect some rain later on. Now the sun shines and so I am content or even feel happy. OK, so this reason to feel content, can be taken away from me and indeed, it starts to rain! I will not feel angry, disappointed or frustrated. I might as well feel the rain and enjoy it! Quote: A few people feel the rain, others only get wet! After or during enjoying the rain, I will start to relate to the situation and think: Well, thats nice, but I shouldnt get too wet, on the way home I might get cold... So I look for a solution. The easiest will be, to protect myself from the rain, but I have no umbrella or a raincoat. So I look around: There are various options, but hey! over there is a little snack bar and I see that they have this delicious cake my mother used to bake at special occasions! So I go there, sit down and have a piece of it and it really tastes good. Memories are showing up and I feel good about it and Im content. But it is getting late, it is raining even stronger and I must go! What to do? I leave the restaurant and start to walk, passing some garbage container. Hey! What is this? Outside of one of the container, there is hanging an umbrella! Nobody around who might claim it, so I take it and continue my walk. Remembering the song: Im walking in the rain... with Gene Kelly and I feel good, even doing some dancing steps! Im dancing in the rain... - Im passing a bus station, a bus arrives and people are entering. Now the rain is pouring. An older lady is the last in the row. I go to her and protect her with my umbrella, that is big enough for two. She thanks me with a beautiful smile! I feel content and good... and continue my walk. This example is simple, but it might show, that I didnt expect anything specific, but was relating to the conditions and situations the best I could, out of my personal condition. That means: out of my programs that are established in my mindset from my life long experiences and even though these are mostly forgotten, they are still present, working from the background of my unconsciousness. So one might believe of oneself, - as part of ones self image, that one has no expectations, but probably there are still enough of them that makes one react, when one encounters provoking happenings. Now this is the occasion, to free oneself from ones conditioning, when observing ones reactions and then knowing that these are triggered by the outside, but that the cause lays within oneself and so one will not give the fault to the outside and then continue with ones established state of being, keeping ones self image untouched. One can be conscious about ones reactions and then one will also become conscious about what has caused the old program in the past, recognizing, that this meanwhile is worn out and one can drop it. Or better said: Then it will drop by itself. - In this way one will free oneself, from ones conditioning. Using ones ordinary daily life conditions and happenings! NOT having any expectations as part of ones self image, might seriously reduce this growing opportunity. So one must know, that the tricks ones personality is unconsciously using to protect oneself, are so clever and sophisticated, that there seems to be no limit...
