Question for everyone...Where can I get a copy of Volume 2? I cant find it anywhere through the various MDK sites anymore. I can find the MDCH, but not Vol2. I know the Fed had different pricing on it for non-members, but even that gouging price is less that trying to find it out there from third-party sellers on ebay or Amazon. Im preparing for my 4th Dan testing next summer and would like a copy to work through. Thanks!
