Question for the followers of this page. I need serious feedback on this ..... If a dog is featured on our page, and is found in kennels and the owner is unable to afford to pay them to get their dog back - do you think we should raise money through Missing Dogs in Scotland to cover cover the charges and get the dog back? And if so, would the money ever have to be paid back? The rule would be that the dog would have had to have featured on our page. Please provide feedback by commenting or by private mail. Please be sensitive with your comments. Just because someone can not afford sometimes hundreds of pounds does not make them a bad owner.
