Question for the public: What is a good project & task management application? Our Needs: - MUST be accessible from a wide variety of devices - MUST have group options and the ability to assign tasks to more than one person - MUST have a notes sections and/or subtask options - Would be AMAZING to find an app that would allow management for anyone from a full time employee, to an intern, to a newer volunteer who just wants to get more involved - MUST be able to keep a record of completed tasks - Will update as I think of other wants. Weve tried out these apps: -Reminders Yes, we gave running a non-profit through the reminders app a shot. Actually worked really well, minus the part where you MUST have an iPhone to use it. - Asana We dont understand what all the hype is about. Interface is archaic--and not in that cute simplistic way--, misses some critical features, too much effort to access from different devices, and frankly, it just feels like work to use it. -Any.do Weve only just been messing around with it and while its got some great group work features, we just cant fall in love with the mobile app. Were still working through its features, but we dont want to invest too much time if there is a way better app out there. Please give us any advice you have!
